"We have found the opportunity through Inspiration Ministries to express not just our feelings but also the words that the Holy Spirit puts in our hearts to share with others. I see I.M. as a channel of communication between the church...read more

Letter from the Editor
The Word of God tells us that the Lord will not give us more than we can handle. This is a promise from God. If you have been keeping up with us, you know that Inspiration Ministries is right in the middle of a huge renovation. The most jaw dropping part of it all is that since the last newsletter, the distribution list has doubled and what started as a café has grown into a two story, 11,000 square foot ministry center. I have been speaking with fire marshals, building inspectors, consultants, and architects everyday working on renovations that I wouldn’t have had any idea about a year ago. It’s quite overwhelming to talk about building codes that I don’t comprehend. It’s overwhelming to have a conversation like the one I had today and hear, “We could start some work at the end of the week, but we need $2,500 down.” We then look at our bank accounts and realize we don’t have that much money. It would be so easy to worry and get frustrated. My instinct is to panic; however, I walked into the café where Jaimie and Dan were sitting and we prayed. We prayed aloud in the middle of the café proclaiming the faithfulness of God to His vision. I then walked around the ministry center praying aloud, lifting my hands to the heavens, speaking from my spirit that I trust the Lord. Join with us, Saints; please join us in praying. Oh, Lord, you are so good. Your mercy endures forever and your faithfulness is like a rushing tidal wave that sweeps over us with peace. Fulfill Your vision, so that You will be most glorified. We want Your name to be shouted from the mountain tops. Hallelujah! In Jesus name, amen.
The way I figure it, God must think much of us if He allows these circumstances, good and bad, to come into our lives. Isn’t it amazing that God thinks so highly of us? Why would God possibly decide to use such broken, earthen vessels to pour His Spirit into? God certainly did not make a mistake in creating us. God makes no mistakes. Our Beautiful Potter has so delicately shaped us into vessels to be used for His glory. My prayer is that we will understand that if God allows circumstances to come into our lives, He always intends to give us the strength to endure them.
We covet your prayers, Brothers and Sisters. We appreciate your willingness to join in the effort of manifesting the Kingdom here on earth. His kingdom will be displayed through our efforts in faith, hope, love, forgiveness, and our unconditional, unquenchable, and immutable desire to see the lost come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Inspired by His faithfulness,
Andrew L. Foster
